Rename a node inside an organization
/api/v1/organizations/{id}/nodes/{nodeId}Changes a node's name and description (null clears it). The organization node itself is renamed through PATCH /organizations/{id} and answers 400 organization.use_organizations_api here. Supply If-Match with the node's version: a stale one answers 409. Requires the developer's hierarchy.manage, or canopy:structure.manage held at the node or above it, so an office's admin renames the office. Emits node.updated.
