Read the activity feed for your places in the Admin Workspace, see how long it is kept, and export it as a CSV.

Read the feed and export it

In the Admin Workspace, Activity under Access Control is what happened in the places you administer, in the Environment selected in the switcher. A fresh Environment reads No activity yet.

  • activity.view Read the activity log for your part of the organization. You see what happened where you administer, which is less than an account-wide reader sees.

Read the feed and export it
Open Activity from the left nav. Each entry names who did what, where, and when; filters narrow by action.Read the retention line under the list, for example Activity is kept for 7 days. The figure comes from the Account's plan; when no plan policy resolves the line is absent.Click Export CSV at the top right. It reads Preparing… while the request runs, then a file named activity-YYYY-MM-DD.csv downloads, dated in UTC. An empty feed still downloads the header row.
If you don't see this

Each control on this page exists only for someone who may use it. When something described above is missing, one of these is why:

Activity is not in the left nav. Reading it needs activity.view in the selected Environment.Events you expect are missing. You see only your places, in the Environment selected in the switcher, and only within the retention window. Export before it closes.
