List the hierarchy locations the caller may assign at

GET/portal/v1/accounts/{accountSlug}/applications/{appSlug}/environments/{envSlug}/workspace/assignable-nodes

The hierarchy nodes where the caller may place someone, for choosing an assign or invite location. Requires access.assign or workspace_identity.invite somewhere in the Environment, and returns 403 when the caller holds neither. The set covers each node, plus its descendants, of the assignments whose role carries one of those capabilities. It becomes the whole Environment tree when any such assignment is Environment-scoped, or when the caller is the account owner or holds workspace.administer_all. Deleted nodes are not listed. Returned one page at a time, oldest first unless sorted (sort_by name or created); searches names and slugs with q.
